Transparency and brightness define the Crystal Room. A plexiglass bed – with a silver “lizard-print” leather headboard designed by Anna Fendi Venturini – and a transparent wardrobe give the room a magical atmosphere of lightness and glamour. The armchairs date back to the 1950s, as does the mirror by Fontana Arte. The photographs on the walls portray the iconic Anna Magnani on the set of “Rome, Open City.” The floor, a patchwork of squares and Greek patterns, is made of period terrazzo tiles.
